Using models that your clients will associate with builds brand loyalty and increases your company's profit. Our models come in all shapes, sizes, and colours. Please let us know what look best represents your clientele so we can provide the model who will most increase your sales and visibility. Terms and Service Fees There will be a 10% booking service fee (minimum $30) charged to the client on all bookings in addition to the model's fees, this applies to all hourly fees and usage fees. All booking fees are payable via PayPal upon model confirmation. Booking fees are not paid directly to the model, and cannot be deducted from their rate. Unless otherwise arranged at the time of booking the model must leave the booking with full payment, either by cash or cheque. Model Commission We operate exclusively through e-mail. This is in order to keep the cost to the client down, other agencies charge 20% to the model and the client. We only charge 10% to the client; our models are not required to pay any commission to Toronto Model Bookings. Fashion / Glamour / Nude TMB models are free to set their own limitations and corresponding rates. Lingerie and glamour will be at a higher rate than fashion or casual. Nudes will be at a higher rate than lingerie and glamour. Image usage must be clearly specified prior to final booking confirmation and may impact the model's rate. Nude models are also available for glamour and fashion work, while glamour models are available for fashion assignments as well. Photographic Releases and Usage Models will not sign any release for commercial photo usage unless arrangements have been made in advance with TMB. We have a release which can be used for most non-commercial photo shoots. Image usage must be negotiated with Toronto Model Bookings at the time of booking. Photographs can only be used in the manner agreed upon based on the model's set rate, generally for promotional and educational use only. Additional usage fees can be arranged with the booking service and model in advance. If potential for further usage arrives in the future, you must contact Toronto Model Bookings to negotiate additional payment to the model. Test Shoots Toronto Model Bookings is not a traditional modeling agency but rather a model booking service. As a result TMB will not arrange test shoots. Models are responsible for keeping their own portfolios up-to-date in order to increase their chances of getting paid work. The booking fee of 10% (minimum $30) is applied to all model bookings made through TMB, no exceptions. Hourly Charges and Overtime Models are booked for a minimum of one hour for any assignment, each fifteen minutes after that counts towards a full hour. The length of booking must be specified at the time of booking. However if the booking lasts longer than originally planned the model may agree to stay at her full hourly rate if she is available. This is at the models discretion so please plan ahead to avoid a scheduling conflict. The 10% booking fee must be paid on the original booking and on any overtime hours. Cancellations Any booking cancelled by the client without 24 hours notice will be charged another booking fee to rebook.
